Log into your ADVICE account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button next to the specific electronic device you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund eligibility.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered or removed.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
